Are you looking for a structured & progressive training programme to allow you to go into the gym with confidence, knowing what to do and allowing you to see results?

Would you like to understand the fundamentals of nutrition, how to calculate your calories/macros, how to progressively overload your training and so much more to see and feel great results?

Then this is the programme for you!

In this programme you will get an 8 week progressive training plan.  This plan is ideal for people who are fairly new to training and want to build their knowledge & confidence on a number of different exercises.  In the programme we will explain technique & form for each movement to ensure you build a solid foundation to build upon as well as an explanation of what the movement is doing/muscles that it is targeting.

You will have access to the app meaning you can use this as your training log.  As you complete your workouts you’ll be able to log the weights/reps you are able to do and continue to grow on this each week.

Furthermore, access to the app will allow you access to the full recipe library that you can filter to breakfast/lunch/dinner for meal inspiration.  These have full nutritional info as well as step by step guides.

You will be part of the ‘Kickstart Training Programme’ group on the app.  Community plays such a huge role when creating a change.  In this, you’ll be able to share your wins, meals you’ve made and support others along the same journey.  We will also post weekly videos into this on various important topics that people typically find more difficult.

Finally, you will receive our full PDF ‘The fundamentals of making a change’ which covers the main topics around nutrition, training & various aspects that can affect it.  This should arm you with additional knowledge alongside the training to really solidify a longer term change.
